Chia Seed Pudding Recipe
Chia seed pudding is a super-tasty and effortless way to add healthy fats to your diet. Filled with good fats – omega-3 fatty acids, Chia seeds help promote heart and joint health and aid memory.
For 1 Serve
1 Tblspn Chia Seeds
½ cup Almond milk (unsweetened)
150g plain/greek yoghurt
1 scoop choc protein powder
¼ cup blueberries, 8-10 almonds.
Combine Chia, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon in a glass and leave to set in the fridge overnight or for at least 1-2 hours. Mix protein powder into yoghurt and gently stir through chia mixture.
Chop up almonds and sprinkle over, top with blueberries (fresh or frozen).
